• Please wear an N95, KN95, or two surgical masks to your appointment. No cloth masks, please!

• I have masks available if needed.

• When you arrive, please wait in your car and send me a text to notify me that you have arrived. I will text you when I am ready for you.

• Please cancel your appointment if you have symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19. I won’t be mad, I promise!
