Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service. I only accept credit or debit cards, no cash or checks will be accepted.

Cancellation + Late Policies

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 36 hours notice. Any cancellations made after that window will be subject to a cancellation charge of $25 per service cancelled.

If you run more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may be unable to accommodate you. I will consider this a late cancel and will charge the $25 fee per missed service.

Redo Policy

I want you to love your hair, and I am happy to offer a complementary adjustment within 14 days of your last service. However, if you are requesting something outside of what we discussed during your initial consultation I will have to charge for further services.

No refunds. All sales are final.
